Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Business Development Executive to help us grow our client base and expand our market presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving the company’s overall business growth strategy.
Business Development Executive Responsibilities:
- Meeting with potential clients to understand their business needs and offer solutions.
- Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Presenting business proposals and negotiating contracts with prospective clients.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure alignment in business development strategies.
- Monitoring market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
- Providing regular updates and reports to the senior management team.
- Attending industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our company and services.
- Ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
Business Development Executive Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Zoho CRM) and other business development tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and SEO strategies is a plus.

Educational Qualification:
- UG: BBA/MBA/Diploma / B.Tech/B.E. in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
