Product - Service Terms

We would like to inform you that the service terms for our software product/service have been updated. The changes were made to ensure that our customers continue to receive the best possible service and experience when using our product/service.
We kindly request that you review the updated service terms to familiarize yourself with the changes. These updated terms are effective immediately and will apply to all new and existing customers.
Review our Service Terms and Conditions:
1. Software License is non transferable and is valid for use on single computer only. For additional Computers separate licenses have to be purchased.
2. Rates mentioned above do not include any service charges, Maintenance Charges or configuration charges. These charges will be charged extra, For details, please contact our local channel partner of your area.
3. To take timely backup of data is primary responsibility of software operator. Technothinksup Solutions Pvt Ltd Software's or any of its employee will not be responsible for any kind of loss or damage of data occurred due to negligence of operator, incorrect power supply, hardware failure or whatever the reason so far.
4. The Software's provided to customers are sold as it is. There is no commitment for any kind of customization or modification in any software.
5. Payments will be accepted by Cheque / RTGS / NEFT / Demand Draft Issued in favors of TECHNOTHINKSUP SOLUTIONS PVT LTD Payable at Rajarampuri (Kolhapur).
6. In case of any kind of damage / theft of Software License or Computer, Customer will be charged full software amount for repurchasing the license
7. Every Customer need to pay Annual Maintenance charges (AMC) as per Rate List applicable every year to be paid in advance. First year AMC due on Bill Date + 1 year.
8. Technothinksup Solutions Pvt Ltd support is subject to software related technical support only. NO support will be given for any Hardware / PC / Printer / Barcode Scanner related issue or accounting related consultation.
9. Local software vendor (the person who sold you software) will be responsible for any kind of services / technical support.
10. Software Amount is NOT Refundable in any case. Technothinksup Solutions Pvt Ltd always sell software's after 100% Satisfaction of customer. Evaluation versions of every software are available on our website. So every customer must check software features before making a payment, Purchase software only if you are 100% satisfied. No money back / part payment or refund queries will be entertained later on in any case.
11. For Any Changes or Customization in Features or System, You have to pay Additional customization charges as per Your Scope of Requirements. based on customization scope we will provide you estimate and based on estimate you have to pay customization charges first and then we can start customization work and deliver it to you. No Free Customization Request will be entertained.
Note: Generally We Charge Customization Charges as 35 to 50$ Per Hour For Single Resource.
12. All Support Request can be Served only if your AMC of that Project / Product is Active otherwise You have to Renew AMC Before Raise Your Support Request for Any our Software Products or Projects.
13. All Subject To Kolhapur Jurisdiction Only.
